RTM-BM Series is one kind of two-stage automatic stretch PET bottle blow moulding machine. which is suitable for blowing any shape PET bottlessuch as carbonate Water bottles, juice bottle, oil bottles, cosmetic, medicine, milk bottle, beer bottle,etc with PET raw material.
RTM-BM-2000/3000/4000/6000 has four models, including RTM-BM-2000, RTM-BM-3000, RTM-BM-4000 and RTM-BM-6000. RTM-BM-2000 can blow 2000BPH in two cavity, the max volume is 2000ml. RTM-BM-3000 can blow 1200BPH in two cavity, the max volume is 5000ml. RTM-BM-4000 can blow 3600BPH in 4 cavity, the maxvolume is 2000ml. QCS-6000 can blow 5600BPH in 6 cavity. the max volume is 2000ml.
Machine Feature:
1, The machine operating system can store 20 sets of bottle blowing data;
2, All pneumatic elements are famous international brands, such as FESTO clamping cylinder,France Schneider PLC and electrecal parts, the American PARKER high pressure valves, the German SICK radio and Photo switch, etc;
3, The machine orbit was heat treated with good wearability.
4, The clamping unit is using crank arm clamping structure, it is flexible and accurate for mould opening and closing;
5, The high pressure clamping institution increase clamping force during blowing, prevent the mode swell;
6, The machine has safty self-lock security device, the program will automatically switch to safety state when meeting failure;
